The Northeast Seventh-day Adventist Church is a church that believes in PRAYER.  Our church started as a church plant project for the Chesapeake Conference.  There was a need for a Seventh-day Adventist church in the Towson area.  Members from variuos churches met on Sabbath afternoon, first at the hotel then in a room at a local library on Taylor Ave.

The focus of the group was to seek the Lord in prayer in EVERYTHING they had before them!  The group prayed for the Holy Spirit to guide  in every area of the church planting project.  It was a spiritual journey for all involved to prayer and receive the answers directly from God in relatively short time.

Northeast is a part of a world-wide organization with more than 15 million members in countries around the  world.  We would be happy to have you join us in worship or at one of the church events listed on our calendar.

About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone.
